MAG-TECH Whips come in multiple vibrant colors—Red, Pink, Blue, Green, and White. Just like full-scale LED whips, ours are engineered to be extremely durable, though not unbreakable. It is suggested to always keep terminals clean of debris and magnetite. MAG-TECH accessories are NOT waterproof and we recommend unplugging the Crazy-Controller prior to use in wet conditions such as rain. Controller meltdowns are not covered under warranty nor do we accept any liability for any such issues.
If you are experiencing issues with your Mag-Tech System be sure to thoroughly clean any and all debris off of both the mag ports and base of the whip using the terminal cleaning brush. If that does not resolve your issue, reach out to our support department via email (Support@CrazyClips3D.com)
